The Lego Story

LEGO started by being made out of wood. The name LEGO came from a truck which had LEGO written on the side. Godfred was Oli’s son. LEGO started in Switzerland in 1942. The story was set in the olden days.

LEGO come out at 1942 and it is still out today. The LEGO shop got burnt down 3 times but they never gave up. Oli and Godfrey got in big trouble because a man wanted to buy the toys but he did not have enough money to buy them and they did not have enough money to buy food. They went over to England to sell LEGO and it sold really well.
Godfrey made a LEGO amusement park and he called it LEGOLand.

Film Festival

On Wednesday we went over to the Manaiakalani Film Festival at the movies. We went on a bus but I didn't go with my class I went with room7. We had a child from room1 to look after but I didn’t have one so we went down to the bus we got on, then we left.

When we got to the theatre I went to the top, I was one of the lucky people because we got big chairs. I saw Oscar, he said to me to come and sit with him so I did, I was one of the lucky people.

After that I saw Ezra looking for a seat so I told
him to come and sit next to me and Oscar. There
was a button that you push and the chair goes up or down.

The movies started, it went dark and Mr Coakley came up and said “welcome everyone” he told us to enjoy the movies and don’t move out of our seats when the movies are finished. When Mr Coakley finished saying his speech the lights went off, it was very dark and fun when it was starting.

The movie I liked the best was Room 7’s because I liked the song they sang, which they also wrote themselves.
 

Life Education

We went to the life education van. We learned  with Harold food that you are not alound to eat and food that you are alound to eat. I and the class learn that when we eat something the teeth and the tongueand the saliva helps you  to chew the food in your mouth.

Sportsmanship

If you want to be a sportsmanship you have to follow the rule and say want the referee says be fair and don’t cheat do don’t start up fight and don’t talk back to the referee and be friendly to your team mate and everyone lies on the fired and don’t hurt others.
